Leaping Lizard 2007

Attended an ‘underground’ DH race Saturday. Supposedly the longest running of it’s kind anywhere, having run some 23 years. Low key, unannounced, and no hoopla of any kind. Brian Lopes looked to be the fastest, with Johnny C. close behind. Hans Rey didn’t make it out this year. Racers took 2 runs, and had to carry their bikes back up the trail in between, or be disqualified. There was only about 60 people spectating. Overall a good time… Pics in the Gallery
